- Can I include a gift message with my order? While we no longer provide paper purchase order receipts to support sustainability efforts, you can still request a gift message. Simply DM us if you'd like to include a special message with your order.
- Do you offer repair services? Absolutely! We provide free repairs to all customers within one year of purchase. To inquire about repairs beyond this period or for more information on getting started, please email us. Kindly note that customers are responsible for shipping fees for repairs.
- Do you have a physical store? No, we do not have a storefront. However, you can find us at pop-up shops in various events, such as the Stockton and Sacramento Hmong New Year Festivals.
- Do you offer order pickups? We currently do not offer order pickups. All orders are shipped within the U.S.
- Where are you located? We are based in the East Bay of California.
- Will your jewelry tarnish? Most jewelry will tarnish over time, except for those made of real solid gold, titanium, sterling silver, or surgical grade stainless steel. For long-lasting pieces at a valuable price, consider investing in sterling silver or stainless steel items.
