Store Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

All items are inspected for damages before shipment and secure with tissues or bubble wraps, to ensure it doesn’t break and remains intact during shipment. 

We understand the importance of receiving your items on time, therefore, we make it an effort to ship items out as quickly as possible. We normally ship items out every 2-3 business days from purchase dates throughout the year. However, for holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, we ship items out every 1-2 days to ensure they arrive on time.

We ship with USPS. Please note that USPS is closed on Sundays and all major holidays. If your shipment time falls on one of these days, we will ship the following business day.

Once your item ships, you should receive a notification to the email address used, indicating an expected delivery date and tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days to see tracking information and updates on your end.

We are based in California. Depending on where you live, it will take 2-7 business days from the shipment date for your package to arrive. We value our customers and understand that everyday is a special occasion for someone, therefore we offer 1 day express and 2 days priority shipping (additional fees applies). 

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept any returns or exchange, unless your item(s) arrived damaged. To start a return, please contact us within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any items approved for returns/exchange must be returned back no later than 14 business days from approval date. Any returned items received after the expected date will not be accepted and you will have to pay for shipping fees to have it ship back to you.

Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to process and 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages or Gift Cards. Once the item is shipped, it will be out of our hands. We ship with USPS, we recommend purchasing insurance or signature services to protect your package in the event of it being lost or stolen. Please visit www.usps.com for more details on their shipping insurance and delivery services.

Changing or Canceling Orders:

We strive to promptly process orders for timely delivery. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, kindly reach out to us within the initial 4 hours of purchase. Please note that cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.
